The School Planning Team (SPT) of Sacuyya Elementary School convened to open the planning process for the FY 2026–2029 Enhanced School Improvement Plan (SIP). Led by School Head / Team Leader Delia S. De Peralta, the session brought together teachers, parent representatives, pupil leaders, barangay/LGU officials, SGC co-chairs, DRRM coordinators, and child protection representatives. The activity focused on presenting and discussing the Department of Education’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values (Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, Makabansa) to align all localized projects with national mandates. The team analyzed the School Report Card (SRC) and Enhanced Basic Education Information System (EBEIS) data to conduct a situational assessment across Access, Quality, and Governance. Through focus group discussions, dyad, and triad activities, participants identified priority improvement areas (PIAs), evaluated root causes (such as declining enrollment trends, reading gaps, and infrastructure needs), and formulated strategic interventions to guide the 5-year SIP and 2026 Annual Implementation Plan (AIP).
