Sacuyya Elementary School (SES) came alive with vibrant energy and enthusiastic cheers as the highly anticipated Intramurals 2026 officially kicked off with a colorful parade around the school campus, followed by a meaningful opening program.

The celebration was made even more memorable with the symbolic lighting of the torch, entrusted to outstanding student-athletes Maissie Lyra Sabalburo and Miel Christine Sabalburo, signifying the burning spirit of sportsmanship, unity, and excellence.

Leading the official opening was no less than the School Head, Mrs. Delia S. Sabalburo Teacher-in-Charge, who declared the Intramurals open and encouraged all participants to embrace the true values of sports — discipline, teamwork, and fair play.

One of the most awaited highlights of the celebration was the coronation of Mr. and Miss Intramurals 2026. Mr. Intramurals 2026 was Marco C. Jornacion and Maissie Lyra Q. Sabalburo was Miss Intramurals 2026,

Various exciting games and sporting events were held throughout the intramurals, showcasing the students’ talents, agility, and competitive spirit. At the conclusion of the games, the Blue Team emerged as the Overall Champion, while the Red Team placed as First Runner-Up.

The successful staging of Intramurals 2026 was spearheaded by the school’s dedicated MAPEH Coordinator, Mrs. Ma. Teresa B. Cardenas, whose leadership and hard work ensured a smooth, safe, and memorable experience for every student, teacher, and parent who participated.
