Exterior Overview
The Grade 1 facility is a single-story building featuring light yellow exterior walls, bright green wooden doors, and matching green window frames. The front entrance opens to a wide, covered concrete porch protected by a yellow and red balustrade railing. Large multi-pane grid windows line the front wall, and the surrounding outdoor area includes a gravel pathway, plants, and shade trees.
Interior Layout and Capacity
The active classroom is arranged to fit a standard primary grade class size with plenty of space for clear movement.
- Seating Configuration: Classic dark-stained wooden double-desks with attached benches are set up in neat parallel rows, all facing forward toward the main board.
- Spatial Layout: The straight row setup creates open middle and side aisles, allowing students and teachers to walk easily across the room.
- Flooring & Space: Smooth, shiny floor tiles styled with a dark wood-grain pattern cover the entire room for a clean surface.
Teaching & Media Setup
- Front Display: A wide, multi-panel dark-green chalkboard stretches across almost the entire front wall for writing daily lessons, class rules, and prayers.
- Smart TV: A flat-screen television is mounted high on the wall in the center directly above the chalkboard for instructional videos and visual lessons.
- Teacher’s Station: A dark wooden teacher’s desk and chair sit positioned right in the center front of the room.
Learning Corners & Facilities
- Water Station: A dedicated side counter holds a clean drinking water bottle dispenser so students can easily stay hydrated.
- Storage: Tall wooden cabinets stand along the walls to keep extra textbooks, folders, and teaching supplies neatly organized.
- Classroom Decor: Corner areas feature room decorations, such as a holiday tree and seasonal displays.
Ventilation & Lighting
- Cooling: Constant air movement is provided by multiple white ceiling-mounted fans along with an additional wall-mounted fan.
- Natural Light: Deep ceiling fluorescent light fixtures with protective metal grates illuminate the room, while large green grid windows bring in plenty of bright daylight.
